Hi,

My name is Chantle, I am 35 years old and a self taught photographer. I have had a camera of some sort in my hands all my life. Since I was a small child I have had a fascination & true love for art and photography as an art.

It took me a long time to finally decide to go after my dreams and follow my heart for capturing moments.

In my 20's I had a beautiful baby girl, Loralai Nicole, December 1st, 2010. I had a camera in her face all the time. I can probably timeline every week of her life with me through her photos and videos.

In 2013 Loralai was diagnosed with brain cancer. I continued to document every second I could of her and in 2015 those images and videos would become so so precious to me. Loralai passed away January 2nd 2015. Her photographs keep her close to me and thanks to video I can still listen to her sing and laugh and watch her smile.

I have a passion for creating memories and giving people a frozen moment in time that they can cherish. I have heard people say “Put down your camera and take in the moment.” I think that people should stop and take in their experiences, but our minds grow old and we tend to forget things. Having an opportunity to give someone a lasting photograph fills my heart and gives me joy.
